La Russa ready to lead Cards for 16th season

At the conclusion of the season, his 15th with the St. Louis Cardinals, Tony La Russa made a road trip from St. Louis back to his home in California with an SUV packed with his belongings that gave him ample time to think about whether he wanted to manage again next season.
